- Keep a heavy skillet, add 4tbs olive oil, and fry the meat just 5min, then turn, and cook for 3min
- Boil, some baby potatoes, and other vegetables serve with meat. You can serve with stir fry vegetables also
- Take the broth, boil until thick add some sweet cherry sauce for the dip
- Serve the meat with vegetables, dip and preserved vegetables
