  4. 3/4 cups Water
  5. Chicken gravy.. Oil. 3-4 cup Onion. 2 medium(cut in slice
  6. Chicken(bonless) 600 gm Ginger/garlic paste. 1tb
  7. 1 tbsp Dhanya powder
  8. 1 tbsp Zeera
  9. 1 tbsp Salt
  10. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tbsp Haldi
  12. 3 Green chillies
  13. Tomato 2 medium slice
  14. 4 tbsp Yougurt
  15. (For garnish)
  16. Chilli oil..heat 4tbsp oil add 2 tbsp chilli flakes saute 2 sec)
  17. Fry garlic
  18. Slims/ papri
  19. Hara dhania
  20. Chaat masala
  21. Boil eggs (optional)

Steps to make Curry Khausay

  1. For making curry...Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
    Take pan heat oil 4tbsp add more 10 kari pata soty and add mixture with 3 cup of water and ciok in low flame when curry is thick add salt to taste.
  2. For making chicken gravy : In a pan heat oil...add onions and fry till.golden brown den add chicken and all the chicke ingredients one by one..add one cup of water and cover it till it fully cooked
  3. Boiled kolson spagetthy one pack
  4. How to serve : put few spoons spagetthy in a plate den add chicken gravy on the top of noodles...den add curry over it...after that garnish all the above ingredients...and enjoy yummy khausa💕
