  3. Cover with water. Add stock cubes let cook for 10 m

    Cut tofu in small cubes. Bake in the remaining oil. Add soy,fish sauce, mirin, oystersauce,and spices
  5. Bake until sticky
  6. Add peas to broth. Let them warm
  7. Assemble the soup. Put in tofu and noodles
  8. Garnish with sesame oil, nuts,fennel green and some cucumber
