- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour(maida)
- 1/4 the cup water

- Marinate chicken with little salt and vinegar for an hour.Cube capsicum and onion.Separate all layers of onion.Slit green chillies and mince garlic.Set aside.Make a light batter with cornflour,maida,little salt,water and food colour.Dip the chicken pieces and fry in hot oil.
- In the remaining oil fry the minced garlic.Then stir fry capsicum and onions.Fry the slit green chillies and set aside.Now add the chicken.Dilute 1 tsp cornflour with little water and salt.Then add green and red chilli sauce,soya sauce,tomato sauce and garlic paste.Mix all and it to the chicken.Add the stir fried capsicum, onion and green Add honey and lemon juice and toss till sauce coats chicken.Garnish with lightly roasted sesame seeds.Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
