  5. 150 grams Kabocha squash
  6. 200 ml a. Dashi stock
  7. 7 tbsp a. Soy sauce
  8. 2 tbsp a. Sake
  9. 3 tbsp a. Mirin
  10. 3 tbsp a. Sugar
  11. 200 ml b. White flour
  12. 170 ml b. Cold water
  13. 1 b. Beaten egg
  14. 4 servings Plain cooked rice
