  2. Marinade
  3. 2.5 tbsps shoyu
  4. 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  5. 1 tbsp mirin
  6. 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
  7. 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions to make Garlic Roast Pork (Microwave)

  1. Cut 400g of pork into 2 halves, lengthwise. Prick with fork all over.
  2. Put pork into a ziplock bag and add in all marinade ingredients. Marinade overnight.
  3. Place parchment paper in a microwaveable container, add pork (without marinade liquid) and cover with lid.
  4. Microwave on medium (800W) for 4 minutes. Flip and microwave for another 3 minutes. Let cool and cook with residual heat. Slice and enjoy!
