  7. 1 tbsp ★ Oyster sauce
  8. 1 tsp ★ Weipa
  9. 1 dash each Salt and pepper
  10. 1 dash Sliced red chili peppers
  11. 100 grams Pork (chopped or thinly sliced pork belly)
  12. 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
  13. 1/2 bunch Chinese chives
  14. 1/2 of a head Bok choy

  1. Heat some sesame oil in a wok or frying pan, and stir-fry the finely chopped garlic and sliced red chili pepper. When it becomes fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry.
  2. When the pork is cooked add the ★ ingredients as well as the noodles. Stir fry while de-tangling the noodles. Taste the noodles as you cook them.
