- 350 gm minced beef
- 400 gm peas and carrots
- 4 cups water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Spices
- 2.5 cups rice
- Oil
- 2.5 cup water
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
- 8 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- cube Chicken borth
- Tablespoon butter
Instructions to make Rice with bechamel
- Heat the oil, stir fry the onion first then add the minced beef. Fry it further.
- Add peas and carrot. Fry it further.
- Now add salt, Peper, spices and water.
- Leave it on a medium heat until fully cooked.
- Now prepare the bechamel sauce.. melt the butter then add flour and chicken borth cube.. stir until it changes color.
- But watch out so it doesn't burn.
- Now remove it from the heat.. add milk, egg, salt and pepper.
- Put it on low fire.. stir until it thickens.
- Add water,salt and water to the rice.. cook it as usual.
- In a greased oven tray put the rice,the beef and 4 tablespoons of the bechamel.. stir well.
- Adjust the salt and the Pepper.
- Pour the rest of bechamel.. spread well.
- Blend an egg then put on the top of bechamel.
- Now sprinkle bread crumbs on the egg.
- Put it in preheat oven for about 45 minutes.
