- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup hoisen sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 1
- 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- For Maderim Pancakes
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 .teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon asian seasoning
- to taste black pepper
Instructions to make Moo -"Shu Pork
- Cut pork into thin strips

- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine
